You retain full control over your digital assets at all times. The platform does not act as a custodian, broker, or fiduciary and does not provide financial or investment advice.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
